Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted on items that remain unused, unworn and in their original packaging. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact our team within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist.

We specialise in 100% premium raw hair, carefully selected for its natural softness, longevity and versatility. With proper care, your TressDuo hair can be coloured, styled and reused for years.

All TressDuo products are available for pre-order, giving you early access before stock arrives. Full payment is taken when your pre-order is placed to reserve your item. Pre-order items are dispatched within the estimated timeframe shown on the product page. If your order also contains in-stock items, everything ships together once the pre-order item is ready.

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not already entered production or processing. After this period cancellation may not be possible, as stock has been reserved specifically for your order. Once delivered, pre-order items follow our standard returns policy.
